Julie Trelstad is the Director of Digital Rights at Writers House, a literary agency where she manages the agency’s self-publishing program and helps the agency’s clients with online marketing. She’s worked in various digital roles in publishing since the days of dial-up internet. She made CD-Roms in the 1990s at John Wiley & Sons and she has held editorial positions at The Taunton Press, Readers Digest, and Sterling Publishing before starting her own publishing venture, The Plain White Press, which was acquired by Fox Chapel publishing in 2010.
