Envisioning & Sharing Information Within The Organization

Data is only useful to the extent that it is accessible to the people who can make use of it. How can data be made more effective with 'non-data' people? How much should be shared, and how much is too much?

Sometimes the answer lies with visual tools that go beyond the usual graphs, charts and columns of numbers. Sometimes it's a matter of creating dashboards or bringing together key metrics and properly embedding them at the right spot in the workflow.  Sometimes it comes down to a little extra training.

In this session, you’ll hear three perspectives from a leading publisher, a provider of business intelligence tools, and a digital distributor and services company on:
•    How do you decide what information should be shared and with whom?
•    How do you promote usage of the information they have?
•    What are the problems you’ll encounter and how do you overcome them?
